Brian has enjoyed 20-years of high profile Sales and Marketing experience in a career that so far has spanned virtually the entire range of foodstuff categories, from produce through meat products, liquor, pet food, fresh pasta and dry category lines.

As Sales and Marketing Manager with Meadow Mushrooms, New Zealand's largest mushroom producer, Brian has been instrumental in devising the marketing strategy that has driven the category to a record level of sales.

Currently mushrooms have recorded the highest growth rate of all major produce lines and rank number three in household vegetable spend.

Prior to Meadows, Brian was Marketing Manager with Holland's Honey. Under his stewardship shareholders of the New Zealand Honey Producers Co-operative experienced increased returns that represented double the percent growth of those received by lamb, beef and dairy farmers during the same period.

One of Brian's major strengths is his ability to combine creative and lateral thinking with a strong business focus on improving bottom-line results for clients.

In 1981, Neil purchased a small Christchurch advertising agency, Co-Ordination Advertising (founded in 1969). With a background in Radio and Television Creative and Marketing, he set about expanding the agency's operations and client base.

A list of the agency's past and present clients includes; Air New Zealand (SI), Foodstuffs Group (SI) - New World, Pak'N Save, Four Square (for 20-years), The Original French Bakery, Robert McDougall Art Gallery, Weston Milling, Verkerks, Bracks Australia, Farmer Brown, Little India Restaurants, LWR, Southern Blues, Aldwin Paige, Olive Grove, Meadow Mushrooms, Akaroa Salmon and countless others.Unlike many of its contemporaries, Co-Ordination has survived the busts, booms and vagaries of the marketplace and flourished for more than two decades as a successful advertising and marketing agency.

With his strong creative background and sound business sense, Neil has the ability to develop a creative strategy to provide an affordable marketing solution that works to correct the problem, or alternately fill the identified target niche as required.

In partnership with Brian, Neil has been heavily involved in the marketing of Meadow Mushrooms over the past several years.
